1 chopped finely |
Medium green mango |
2 peeled, sliced |
Curry leaves |
2 sprigs |
Coconut milk powder |
¼ cup |
Boiling |

Cream |
¼ cup |

Spice Mixture |
Toasted Coconut |
½ cup |
Garlic |
2 cloves chopped |
Turmeric powder |
½ tsp |
Coriander powder |
2 tsp |
Dried red chillies |
3 long chopped |
Salt |

Method |

Shell and de-vein prawns
Grind all spice mixture ingredients until crushed.
Heat little oil in 24 cm pot, cook onion, stirring until browned lightly.
Add ground spice mixture, cook, & stir until fragrant.
Add prawns, mango slices, curry leaves & blended in coconut milk powder and boiling water.
Low the flame cook for 5 minutes covered or until prawns are tender.
Remove from heat, stir in cream. |
